Hi Norman,
I came across your videos as I was browsing Youtube. I found them useful for me as the movements are gentle. I have health issues, as a result I cannot do any type of exercises, even simple walking hurts my body. For example other day while I was practicing the Knees, Hips, Ankles, Toes sequence, the moment I finished doing the Hip joint movement I was trembling from waist down. I am so delicate at present with stiff joints, disc prolapse in neck and back, weak nervous system, asthma and weak digestive system. I downloaded your videos and purchased your Deep Relaxation Audio and am practicing it. Feels great after the practice. I request you to advice me a routine based on my health issues. I am in my early 40’s. I cannot attend classes in your studio as I live in a different country.

Hi CS,
For now, do the easiest for you techniques. I know that you might think that you are being gentle and taking it easy, but when you say that, “…the moment I finished doing the Hip joint movement I was trembling from waist down.” you have gone too far. This may take awhile for you to adjust but it is best for you to do these techniques with very little effort. This means no pushing or forcing yourself. This also means that you will have to be very patient. Of most importance is that you are pointed in the right direction, which then means that you practice with the several times a day. Why? Because this feels good to you and will help you to relax. To the extent that you relax better, pain will diminish and you will begin healing faster. Relaxation allows the tremendous healing energy present within you to do its job.
