Hi, Lucia, Nice to hear from you.

I think that you have two conditions here, Fibromyalgia and Insomnia, that are actually interrelated in that each one affects the other. If you aggravate one condition, probably you will experience aggravation in the other. On the other hand, as you improve one of the conditions you will find improvement in the other.

One very obvious tool, which would improve both of your problems, would be to learn to relax better.

So how do you do learn to relax better? The method that will give you all the tools you need to learn to relax better as well as conquer your problems is the Science of Yoga.

Yoga is a complete system that will help you improve your flexibility, circulation, eliminations, breathing, strength, and concentration, which in turn will allow you to reduce pain, relax better, and heal.

Of course, Lucia, you will want some specific explanations and practices. So I am going to give you a testimonial from a lady who healed herself of Fibromyalgia. Stay tuned. I should have this published in the next two days. In the meantime, if you have other questions, or comments, please let me know.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia several years ago. The doctor said that a very important part of the cure is to sleep well. I have trouble with insomnia. As far as I know, the only medicine for Fibromyalgia is Lyrica. I tried it , but the side effects were too bad for me. I was so dizzy with this medication that I could not get out of bed. Is there anything natural that could help to ease the overall pain and at the same time improve my sleep?
