severe peripheral neuropathy resulting from diabetes after being hit by a car walking across street. nerves in feet are unresponsive; spasms (cramps) in feet and lower legs frequent and long duration. it is moving into hips. many other complications including gastroparesis. pain is chronic and often severe. I mostly refuse drugs due to somulence and numbing (“dumbing” effect”). I have witnessed amazing tolerance and resistence to such notions. Suggestions?

JB Welcome to my blog.

Obviously you are dealing with a whole lot.

The legs up the wall position should help with both peripheral neuropathy and gastroparesis.
For an explanation of this see my post, Reduce and Heal Your Knee Pain.

Everything else the article will benefit you. Also, read the “comments” after the article to see what others are dealing with.
