Remember that when you are unhappy it is generally because you do not visualize strongly enough the great things that you definitely want to accomplish in life, nor do you employ steadfastly enough your will power, your creative ability, and your patience until your dreams are materialized. — Paramahansa Yogananda

Nick Vujicic has accomplished what most of us would consider impossible.

As a result of his victories over his difficulties, he has found happiness and commitment to serving others.

The blessing for me is that the next time I feel overwhelmed by life’s tests, I can always watch Nick’s story, and put my own problems in proper perspective.

I hope the same is true for you.

Paramahansa Yogananda has said if you want to be successful in something, associate with those who are successful at it. They will tell you how to do it. The average person will tell you that it can’t be done.

One of the greatest motivators for creating success is to study those who have been successful.

Earlier, I posted, Never, Ever Give Up. Arthur’s Inspirational Transformation! – VIDEO,  about a war veteran who was told by doctors that he would never walk again unassisted.  Arthur took up yoga after he had been disabled for 15 years. In the process he healed himself and returned  to life as a healthy individual. A wonderful success story which inspired, and continues to inspire, many.

As you watch Nick’s story, remind yourself of Shakespeare’s comment and think about how this applies to Nick.

“There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” – Hamlet (Act II, Scene II).

Does it apply to you also? Do you feel handicapped and inadequate?

Change your thoughts if you wish to change your circumstances. Since you alone are responsible for your thoughts, only you can change them. You will want to change them when you realize that each thought creates according to its own nature. Remember that the law works at all times and that you are always demonstrating according to the kind of thoughts you habitually entertain. Therefore, start now to think only those thoughts that will bring you health and happiness.– Paramahansa Yogananda
