This is a very simple, easy-to-do video to help you loosen up your back, hips and legs.

Be very gentle, move slowly without forcing,  and you will reduce tightness, tension, and pain.

Thanks for sending this e-mail when I needed it. Seems even tho I’m retired, I don’t take time out to get the benefits from the Easy Yoga. Again, it’s because of not sticking to the schedule that includes time out for exercise. I DO make a schedule & I’ll have to WRITE a reminder in my notebook that I check each AM. Thanks again My friends & family will enjoy this e-mail.

Diana – You are certainly on the right track. There is a quote from Paul Bragg, who was Jack LaLanne’s teacher, that went something like,

“If you can’t find time for your health, it is certain that you will find time for your illness.”
